Mixed Use Development
Eagle Pointe Center is a mixed use development located at the northeast corner/intersection of Highway 44, State Street, and Ballantyne Lane in Eagle Idaho. It is the western gateway to Eagle City. Thoughtful consideration has been given to design a project to meet the Master Plan of the City, and the concerns of the residents.
